Our Process
STEP 2
Evaluation
A diagnostic evaluation will take place to determine if speech-language therapy services are warranted. Evaluations consist of caregiver and client input and a combination of formal and informal assessment procedures.
STEP 3
Develop Plan of Care
An evaluation report will be provided to include assessment results and a treatment plan outlining specific, measurable goals. Service delivery frequency and models will be discussed with the family.
STEP 4
Treatment
Skilled, evidence-based therapy will be provided in order for each client to achieve their goals outlined in their treatment plan. Progress will be closely monitored to ensure optimized outcomes, with written progress provided.
Rates
Rise and Shine Speech Therapy, LLC is a private pay practice, meaning it is NOT in network with any insurance providers at this time. A coded superbill will be provided upon request for you to submit to your insurance provider for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Please check with your specific plan ahead of time to understand your out-of-network reimbursement rates.
Evaluation: $250.00
Therapy Session: $100.00
*Rates include travel time and documentation hours
Payment Methods: credit card, cash, or personal check made out to Rise and Shine Speech Therapy, LLC. Speech therapy is eligible for reimbursement with flexible spending accounts (FSA) and health savings accounts (HSA).
